Your credit information is only confirmed at the time that you place your order and for security reasons stays active for me for 30days. When my weaving schedule is heavy, it is not always possible for me to complete your order within this time frame so then I may ask you to resubmit the order entering your credit information. I apologize for this inconvenience, but it is vital to keep your credit information safe.
- SHIPPING:
Shipping is $10.00 for most orders unless noted on the basket description page.

- DELIVERY:
Since each basket is custom made at the time you place your order it may be from 4 to 16 weeks depending on my schedule and the time of year, but I try to get your order shipped within 30 days. Some baskets may take up to a year to complete. Please keep this in mind when ordering. THINK CHRISTMAS ALL YEAR ROUND!!! Call or email if you need an item by a particular date. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
- RETURNS:
You may return your order within 60 days. You will be refunded the purchase price of your order, LESS SHIPPING If the mistake is ours, we will pay the return shipping.
