Malcolm Young is the defining edge of AC/DC's trademark guitar tone, and lays the foundation to AC/DC's unmistakable sound.
There is no other that correctly emulates Malcolm's guitar technique and stage persona than Bill "V" Voccia of Live Wire.
Much like Malcolm was for AC/DC, Bill is also the founding member of Live Wire, the world's definitive #1 AC/DC Tribute band, who also handles bookings and maintains the bands official website (www.acdctributeband.com).
Complete with Malcolm's signature trademark 1963 flame maple Gretsch Jet Firebird guitar, fitted with custom .012 to .060 gauge GHS strings, the portrayal of the sound, energy and stage presence of a true AC/DC concert is Bill's primary goal for every event.
Bill is an experienced and professional musician who hails from New York, and has been involved in AC/DC Tribute band projects since the very first incarnation of "tribute" was even thought of back in 1990, and has recently signed an endorsement deal with GHS strings.

Bio Info: Bill has been an AC/DC Fanatic since he was 9, and they've been his favorite band ever since. He first began to seriously get involved with playing guitar by age 14, and has been completely self-taught and ear trained, aside from briefly studying guitar with John Petrucci (Dream Theater) for approximately 2 years (1990-2).  Bill has been involved with AC/DC Tribute projects since 1990, and sites AC/DC as "THE GREATEST BAND OF ALL TIME, PERIOD!!!"
