Big Pine Rider's trail reports

The trails around Piper Pond and Whetstone have been groomed, as well as the trail leading over to Foss Pond on 1/16.
The trails around Walker Hill and Browns Hill from the Balsam Woods campground back to the Post office have been groomed on 1/17.
A couple waterholes have been taken care of by diverting around them or placing pallet bridging. Also groomed and the waterholes taken care of, is the trail across RT#16 to the Pease Bridge/Parkman trails.
We currently have about 5 more inches of fresh snow today-1/18, and hope to be doing some more trail grooming and repairs over the weekend. The colder weather has helped some of the smaller waterholes freeze, and we welcome more cold and snow on the way.
