Dear Parishioners,The prayer of Easter ask that we may express in our lives the love we celebrate on this joyous day.
The great Easter themes are newness of life, unity, joy and peace. The resurrection of Christ is our rising to a new life. Light has banished darkness. The Risen Christ shows us that death is but the way to new life.
The joy of Easter should permeate our lives and lead us to be glad in God. Let us share in this joy by participating in the Holy Week Services and by receiving our Risen Lord in Holy Communion on Easter Morning.
May the peace of the Risen Saviour be yours this day and always.
