I have updated this page because I have become active in low-carbing again. I followed the Atkins plan back in '98, when it was extremely unpopular to do so. I lost weight and felt good. I decided for several reasons to abandon the way of eating that gave me health and weight loss, and proceeded to bulk up again. :) Oh well, live and learn. This past Christmas was a real eye-opener, and at my largest weight of 225, I knew it was time to embrace my dieting destiny, and return to the only diet that ever worked for me, the Atkins diet. Today is a benchmark: 30 lbs lost since January 4! I weigh 195 lbs. |
